Glasgow Women's Roll of Honour

When Glasgow's Roll of Honour was first published in 1922 only soldiers killed in the First World War were included. On this the 100th anniversary of the start of the Great War, we have now created an online Roll of Honour to the woman of our city who gave their lives.

This list includes woman who were born, lived or worked in Glasgow and gave their lives in the First World War. We have taken the names from a number of sources. However, if you know of additional woman who should be included but have been left out please email us with their name and details to firstworldwar@glasgow.gov.uk
